Gardner Village Events Specialty Food Stations

All specialty stations are for wedding receptions or open houses only.

STREET TACOS
Choose two protein options Warm corn tortillas with carnitas, carne asada,
grilled chicken shredded cheese, lettuce and sour cream.
Served with house-fried chips and fresh salsa bar.
Add housemade guacamole for 50¢.

Ham & turkey sandwiches with mustard aioli and olive picks.
Choice of assorted fruit platter or fresh vegetable platter with
housemade ranch dip and assorted dessert bars.

Carrot Cake, Death by Chocolate Cake, assorted dessert bars,
mini coconut cream and chocolate pies.

SLIDER STATION
Choose up to three savory sliders including mini
Cheeseburgers with tomato aioli, Philly cheesesteak, pulled pork,
ham & cheese melt, meatball or portobello mushroom.
Served with tater tots and ketchup.

Pot stickers, bruschetta, fresh fruit,

LIVE ACTION CHEF STATIONS

Limited to one per wedding reception or open house.

THE PASTA STATION
Penne pasta with grilled herb chicken, meatballs or grilled
vegetables. Topped with Alfredo or marinara sauce and shaved Parmesan.
Served with garlic toast.
