Your holiday event starts with one of the following deliciously crafted menus.All entrees served with an assorted dessert buffet, sparkling apple-raspberry juice and ice water.
THE YULETIDE BUFFET
Entree: Oven-roasted turkey breast with rich gravy
and cinnamon-glazed ham and kissed with holiday spice.
Salad: Winter spinach salad with thinly sliced red onion,
cranberries, fresh strawberries, candied almonds, crumbled feta and
a bright raspberry vinaigrette.
Sides: Creamy mashed potatoes with rich gravy,
Savory sage stuffing and Fresh-baked dinner rolls with butter.

THE CELEBRATION BUFFET
Entree: Seared beef medallions topped with Diane sauce
and classic chicken cordon bleu topped with creamy Dijon Béchamel.
Salad: Winter green salad of romaine and spring mix
with thinly sliced red onion, crisp green apple slices, crumbled feta,
tart cranberries and finished with a honey mustard dressing.
Sides: Roasted fingerling potatoes, creamy sweet potato casserole,
tender roasted asparagus with parmesan cheese
and fresh-baked dinner rolls with butter.

THE NOEL BUFFET
Entree: Roasted New York strip loin with savory au jus,
and pan-seared salmon topped with silky hollandaise sauce.

and creamed horseradish, and roasted rosemary chicken breast tender
topped with cream sauce.

red onion and sliced almonds. Finished with a zesty citrus Dijon vinaigrette.
Sides: Tender green beans tossed with toasted almonds,
cheesy au gratin potatoes, fluffy rice pilaf and fresh-baked dinner rolls with butter.
